Terms of Consignment

Contracts
- Obtain contract from Edinburg Auction Sales, Inc. Auction Manager, President or
Treasurer.
- Read, sign and fax or mail back to Edinburg Auction Sales, Inc. at 4029
St. Rt. 14, Rootstown, Ohio, 44272 or fax to 330-325-0200.
- After signing a contract,
you will be assigned a consignor number. This number is to be used in all correspondence
or calls regarding your equipment.
No equipment will be left on the auction yard
until a signed contract is completed.

Keys and Manuals
- All keys must be tagged with each piece of equipment. All keys must be kept in the
office and not left in the machines.
- All manuals must be turned into the office
before the auction and should list the lot number assigned to the piece.

Listing Sheets
- List year, make, model, hours,
serial number, odometer, size engine, gas or diesel, hp, tires, and any remarks
regarding the piece, etc. Double-check all serial numbers, as any discrepancies
will result in your equipment not being sold.
- When
the advertising deadline is for your auction. Items received after the ad deadlines
cannot be advertised. This advertising is of no additional charge to any consignor,
so it is up to you to make sure your equipment is listed in plenty of time to ensure
advertisement.

Transportation of Equipment to the auction sale site
- Make sure your consignor number is written on all of your equipment.
- Inform the
trucking company of your consignor number and make sure they can contact you if
there are any problems or questions.
- Edinburg Auction Sales, Inc. will have equipment
at the auction site to help you load in and out of the auction yard.

Payment Services
- After the auction, you will receive a consignor statement listing each piece of
equipment and the selling price for each piece of equipment. The total of all your
sales and commissions will be on every consignor statement as agreed in the consignment
control form. A payment check will accompany the statement.
- Payment will be mailed
to you no later than 14 banking days after the date of the auction.
- All checks will
be mailed to the address on your consignment control form.

Titled Equipment and Additional Charges
- There is a non-refundable $25.00 per title fee charged to any consignor for any titled
equipment, truck or trailer.
- The representative of the company must sign off the
title in person at the auction office and must have proper identification, i.e.,
Driver’s License. If titled in company name, the position the representative holds
with the company must be identified. Individual owners must have proper identification
and sign off their own titles in person at the auction office.
- All serial numbers
must be visible and exactly match title to equipment.
